For train enthusiasts – we are halfway between Levisham Station and Newtondale Halt on the NY Moors Railway (you can even see the steam trains from the paddock).
But if you just want to soak up the peace and quiet – you need go no further than the barbecue area or the paddock outside the front door.
Kale Pot Cottage has a double and twin bedroom, with space for third bed, downstairs – with ensuite bathroom and wetroom.
The fully fitted kitchen, lounge and dining area are upstairs (to take full advantage of the views).
There is full central heating and a log stove in the lounge, which also has a sofa bed.
Outside is plenty of parking space, a private barbecue area, and access to three acres of paddock.
Prices range from £285 to £575 per week,
Saturday to Saturday
